At Fire-Boltt, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our wearable technology. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may initiate a return or replacement request within 7 days of delivery for eligible electronic items.

Return Process

  Log in to your Fire-Boltt account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the item you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the product is in its original condition with all internal components, charging cables, and manuals intact for the pickup agent.

• 3.
  Reverse Pickup

  Once approved, our logistics partner will visit your location to collect the package within 48-72 business hours.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After a successful quality check at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
